Why only 6-weekly?
Customers who continue with regular exterior window cleaning join our 6-weekly service. This gives a practical balance between keeping windows presentable, offering good value, and maintaining reliable local rounds.
Do you clean frames and sills?
Yes. Exterior glass, frames, and sills are included as standard during every regular visit.
Can you book a one-off service?
Yes. You can book a first clean or one-off service without committing to future visits. It is priced higher than the regular 6-weekly service because it typically takes longer to remove built-up dirt and bring exterior windows, frames and sills up to our maintenance standard. If you enjoy the result, you can then choose to continue every 6 weeks.
How do payments work?
Payment is due after each completed clean. We prefer payment by bank transfer, although cash is also accepted. On a regular 6-weekly schedule, each visit is still paid for separately.
